According to this link and others I have seen it does say that cash paying customers get preferential treatment in Great Britain and Canada. I don't see this as a problem as long standards are kept.

But that is not jumping ahead in a line. It is going to a private clinic. There are a number of procedures that are allowed to be done outside a hospital environment. Some doctors set up practices in these areas.

There are certain areas there that ambulances won't even go.

And no major industry has been started in Sweden since 1970.

Their only saving grace is that they are not a member of the EU.
