I was back to work around the same time as you but it was about a year before I was 100% (back to playing ball).

Add me to the list...
Sounds about right, I was off a little over two weeks.
Same as Collin, took about a year before I could bench or anything. I remember trying to bench for the first time, just the bar was painful.
Hang in there, it gets better.Live each day like it is your last, for one day you will be right!

Whatever you do, DON'T try and force a quick recovery.
Pain is a good thing.
It tells you to "STOP DOING THAT".

I had rotator cuff surgery in march and spent the next 3 months sleeping in the recliner. I still sleep with a support under my shoulder and a small pillow under my arm. Getting over the pain --I'm still waiting for that. I have had pain every day since the accident but have resigned myself to the fact thats just the way its going to be. I find myself using my other arm to a greater extent now though. Hopefully time heals all wounds.
