Learn how to cook, Man!
When I want something good to eat I cook it myself. Of course that is why I need to be on a diet.
Why is it when the wife goes on a diet I do not get to eat?

I have recently imposed a diet on myself, mainly to get my cholesterol level down. I will still eat a lot when I want but avoid fried foods, lots of red meat, fast food, milk, cheese and all the other good stuff........

My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.

It could get worse. She may find that one diet is not enough and go on two.

Just got back from a cruise and did not pig out. And to reinforce that it is goot to be carefull, there was a message on the answering machine another friend died of lmajor heart attack, he was maybe 45.
Old snipes don't die they just loose their steam
Perfect. As you know I'm "Slightly" overwieght and have been cutting down on my portions and trying to eat a little healthier and lifting wieghts, but my yappity ass Italian wife keeps blabbing something about I will not loose it if I keep drinking beer.Originally posted by spotts

Also I will not loose it if I keep drinking beer.
I consider it a health drink!
Live each day like it is your last, for one day you will be right!
Even though things list no fat, they still have carbs which, if unused by the body, turn into fat. Sugar and sweets are considered "simple" and carbs are "complex."
Also many crackers and snacks are loaded with "complex" junk and that becomes bad for you.......
The low or no carb diet is not healthy for you over the long haul.
Without carbs for energy you require lots of protein, in time, your liver has problems with all this protein.
I really am serious about this, I have even been....................ugh........exercising almost every day too.
Ya see, all the diet plans, books, videos, speechs and bullshit...it all boils down to what we knew long ago.
Eat in moderation and exercise. Most Americans don't have the willpower so they look to find easy ways or quick fixes.
I think 90% of all people who use those plans get fat again, usually fatter than they were before too.
It won't be easy but nothing good ever is now...... is it?

I am always being asked to write diet and training programs for people. But Dice says it all...it's not rocket science.Originally posted by Diceman

Americans are typically lazy looking for quick fixes, I want it now syndrome.
People take years to get really fat, but expect to loose it all in 2 weeks.

Did you hear about the guy who went on a diet and lost 250 lbs of ugly fat in one day...
...his wife left him.
Wanna lose 10lb of ugly fat.........cut off your head.
Hey fags, I been working out and watching my diet.
And after 2 weeks, I notice a difference, really.
Lost 5-7 lbs, toned up some and feel more energetic.
Hardest part is getting started. I have done this in the past many times but over the last couple years I slacked off and let it go. When I got my C-level report of 264 I decided time to get with the program again.
