    I'm beginning the search for a project estimator/manager to go after design/build opportunities and take on TI work and repair by replacement work that we already have to unburden myself but I'm drawing a blank on how to word the ad. If you are this type of individual or employee this type, what are some keywords you would include?

    If you are a small outift and have a professional image and high standards, talk with someone you trust as a peer.

    Otherwise check with HVAC-AGENT thru this site.

    Consult with them.

    Do not under any circumstances talk with an HR person!
    Whoever is going to be in authority over the person whom you hire, they should have a major say so in interviewing and specifying what the person will do and what they should be like.

    HR ... what a mess.
