The unwritten mission of Planned Parenthood

    Margaret Sanger
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaret_Sanger

she was a birth control advocate and here's why.

access to birth control would also fulfill a critical psychological need by allowing women to be able to fully enjoy sexual relations, without being burdened by the fear of pregnancy
The Sangers moved to New York City in 1910, where they became immersed in the radical bohemian culture that was then flourishing in Greenwich Village [5] and became involved with local intellectuals, artists, and activists. Some of the better-known acquaintances they were affiliated with were John Reed, Upton Sinclair, Mabel Dodge, and Emma Goldman.
    ... a bunch of commies

She also launched the monthly periodical The Birth Control Review and Birth Control News and contributed articles on health to the Socialist Party paper, The Call.
In this year she married her second husband, oil tycoon James Noah H. Slee.
    more commies and the rich

It was the first legal birth control clinic in the U.S. (renamed Margaret Sanger Research Bureau in 1940). It received crucial grants from John D. Rockefeller, Jr.'s Bureau of Social Hygiene from 1924 onward. The grants were made anonymously to avoid public exposure of the Rockefeller name to her agenda. The family also consistently supported her ongoing efforts in regard to population control.[10]

From 1952 to 1959 she served as president of the International Planned Parenthood Federation; at the time it was the largest private international "family planning" organization.
baby murder made it easier to support their agenda

She was also a racist, knowing that most abortions would be black babies, which would reduce the black population. She was known to associate with white supremists. She once said, ""Birth control must lead ultimately to a cleaner race."

And many founding fathers were slave owners. It doesn't mean we had to stay that way. The same thing with Planned Parenthood.

    What's wrong with that opinion?

And what's the problem with Socialists? We are all Socialists to some extent, you ought to know that by now.

i doubt Margaret Sanger was pro-white racist.

she gave a speech to the Klan and said it was like talking to little children.

she sounds like the same crap as all the other Socialists

actually.... her agenda was keeping the poor...black and white..... from bringing children up in poverty.

Not a bad idea.....birth control....not abortions....especially for folks who really cant bring their children up in a decent environment.

Im not defending her.....dont know too much about her....so I neither condemn nor support her ideals...

I dont agree with abortion though.....birth control yes....but Im not so sure how I feel on forced birth control....

We are not totally capitalistic and no country is. This country and all industrialized countries are a mixture of capitalism and socialism. You can't say you are a capitalist without also admitting you are a socialist. Are you saying you don't know how we are socialist?

    OH.

You're talking about our screwed up and upside-down government. Yeah, buncha socialists and commies there, no argument from me.

I thought that you were claiming that all people, individually, were socialist to some extent.

    This could get sticky.

Socialism, at it's very core, I believe, comes from a genuine wish to help your fellow man. The problems start to arise when it becomes codified in the laws of a country.
