I promise this is the last I will say about the big mother Trane.
But we set this unit this morning and now I can breathe easy and have a Merry Christmas!

Did you get the factory start-up ? If you did'nt , and that is a VAV unit w/ frequency drives call and get the info for the drives . Trane is now using a Danfoss drive with the Trane logo and no other info on them, we as factory people have to call to get this info its pretty helpful.

double trap that sucker for sure, and check rotation on those compressors if your the start-up man...if trane is doing it do a Cecil B. Demille and get a video of a walk around on all the controls and that Human Interface Trane guys love that stuff, and ask more questions then your nephew.Nordstrom stores use that machine exclusively on all their stores nation wide and do 15% outside air 24/7 with a constant discharge of 55f at 1.5" static.check out a start-up i did for Trane back when in Wall of Pride..."2300 tons of rooftops" they one sided the traps there, and you couldn't believe the slim that built up on the dead side.

Max is in NY, if it is your first one, ya ought to hire him(if he wants) to come start that up for ya, sounds like there are some crazy little things that need checked in that monster.
