    you should drink more milk. strangely enough, it reduces leg cramps.

    Probally need to do what I'm told here. I think some of it because of the steel toes and the cold.

    I was also in an awkward position when it came on.

    Little tip from the husband of a nurse and a long time attic rat:

    If Gatorade tastes sweet to you, then you need it.

    If it tastes neutral, take or leave it.

    If it tastes salty, switch to water or clear liquids without caffeine.
