    How do you guys handel your maintenance programs. We sell a maint for 1 yr with 2 tuneups. I'm looking for a way to have all due on Jan 1 to make it simple. Also do you call when its time to be done or do you mail out a reminder. We have a problem getting the customer to call back, or we call in April and the customer does't call back till June when were balls to the wall. Any suggestion would be helpfull. Thanks
