Kind of Urgent, Carrier 38apd and bleed port txv's
Is it a big deal ordering a valve with a bleed port?
Set new units yesterday{condensor and a sterling mua unit with a dual circuit evaporator) and no expansion valves were shipped.
Carrier tells me its 2-3 weeks for the valves.
Service instruction state 5-15% bleed port valves required.
Sporlan tev selection literature vauge on this subject.
Anyone ever pick these up before? I understand what they are and why I need them. Just need them fast.
ThanksIf you cant fix it right, try again.

If it is R-22, then use any sporlan valve with CP100.
Ex: TEV-8-CP100

APD's are so new I'm not surprised that supply hasn't caught up with demand.
UA 100
It takes three people to do anything around here. Two do the work, one explains to the crowd of people who showed up when they seen smoke and flames.
