    commercial bradford waterheater

    bradford commercial water heater m#L100d1993n. The top butterfly not open so there is no hot water.The spark modual is good when I by-passed the wiring.But it can not control the temp.Just over heated.Any information to look at.Or any service manual for commercial heater.THX

    you need a pro.
    200,000btu is a lot of fire
    yeah I know 199,999 btu still a big fire

    thermostat sends power to butterfly damper valve to open and send power to ignition module. possible bad thermostat. try bypassing that - see if the damper opens and sends power to ignition module

    board in the vent damper?

    no the board is the module that will controll the damper sending 24v to open from there it returns power back to module sending signal to gas valve then to eco if i'm not mistaken just worked on one of these. I had bad pilot assembly they have some horse **** scymatics.

    Right that is the control modual, have to by pass the y and back wiring at the plug which at the buttery motor plug.THX ALL
