    Torn insulation on vertical fan coil unit

    Hi,

    Could someone explain how the insulation and the front panel of the vertical fan coil unit got torn when it has been serviced by licensed technician only?

    It is an indoor unit. Vertical model VFC-450.

    you realize nothing lasts forever? Maybe the glue is not keeping up, maybe the insullation is breaking down. Are you trying to blame the tech?
