Im working on my first toubleshooting call and im having trouble. All help appreciated. Bryant condensing furnace model 398aaz upflow. I get power all the way up to IDR pc#2 board but the inducer motor isnt energizing it seems to be canceling out my power when motor is attatched to board. Motor has correct resistance and amps but wont energize off this board. It is a new board I just changed. I do notice a arc in the normally closed contacts inside the HFR relay #1pc board when I energize the system on start up and am not sure if this is normal. Please help Could some tell me how to check for short in system using my v.o.m. thanks

Pressure switch has 3 terminals, Com, NC, NO... if NC isn't on a call for heat, the inducer won't run.
