This year has good moneywise. Managed to save and pay off all the bills except the mortgage. 40 hours bonus and profit sharing = 4,000 after taxes take home 2,800. Why are a lot of us having trouble spelling Chistmas this year??? You knw that guy is going spank us again.

Well, it looks like I am on the "not diappointed" side of that coin. But I do get paid quite well and am treated with honesty and respect. No financial bonus can compensate for the latter. There was a very nice Holiday party at a posh resort. I would have liked a bonus but it's not bothering me that I didn't get one. s I sit here cleaning my Browning 30/30 and wondering how I might get into the local clock tower I know there is nothing wrong with the fact that I bust my butt to do the best I can at what I do.......

    Christmas Bonus

Sorry to hear some Techs don't get a bonus for Christmas.
We are a small company bur give Christmas bonus each year.

We have a unique way of providing the funds for bonuses.
At the end of every month we take 1% of net profit and invest in some sort of stock. We do this for 10 months of the year.
Whatever amount the stock produces and the initial investment is given out on the Friday before Christmas.

For as long as we have been doing this Christmas Bonus,
every tech has received at $1,000. We also offer the tech the chance to give 1% of their wages to be invested.

Hope everyone had a very good Christmas, and have a good
    year in 05.
