So did he give you a ticket for improperly parking or for goat domination?

Your right , we have lost a lot of our liberties since a lot of things have happened. The Oklahoma city bombing comes to mind.

Here at DFW airport during high threat level times , no one can even park in the parking lots directly across from the terminals. Other times you can no longer park in the drop-off zone but it's only a short walk to the adjacent parking garage.

Did you tell him you were dropping your LT. son off who is in the service?

If he didn’t let you off after that, I think I would have grabbed myself like I was scratching and just give him the ole go straight to hell look. What’s he going to do arrest you for scratching?

P.S. I seen the picture you put up of your son back a few months ago, you should be proud. He’s a mighty fine looking man. Tell him Thanks for doing his part to protect us Ed.

Robo is paranoid, I never mentioned the R word.
There is no common sense left, padding down little gray haired old ladies looking for WMD'S, being politically correct and all. We are stupid, we can change this, it ain't political, it's just dumb.
And the tow truck was on it's way, that really would have sucked. I will send in the the dough, no problem, but on a much larger scale, we as a nation to realize what we are doing to ourselves with all this nonsense.

I think they are overdoing it sometimes. Then I think that the dirtbags have proven what they are capable of. The Israeli's have been a target for a long time. They don't take anything for granted and still get exploding people almost daily. But I don't believe anyone has been able to screw with their planes for awhile, there or abroad.
I would like to hear what your son has to say about your ticket, when he gets done laughing.

You can never back off from getting on Dice. He wouldn't know how to act if we did

And Dice got a ticket for leaving a vehicle unnattended, not for dropping off his son. I know, I know, Dice didn't think all of those signs saying "DO NO LEAVE VEHICLE UNNATTENDED" were meant for "him". Live and learn Dice.

And yes, we are all proud of Dice's son and of Dice for having raised him as he is.

    RoBo,
I know everthing you say is right but this involves the family of a service man, and that means there should be an exception.

See there is NO justice left in the world. Dice, even thought he was on a noble mission should have known better.
He is after all a liberal tree hugging demo. Which means "rules is rules."

So he ONLY got a $55. fine for almost shutting down an international airport in a somewhat major US city. ME on the other hand was driving down a little 2 lane country road in a village called Eagle Bridge NY. I came over this knoll and the NYS troopers had a road block across the road.
My thought was that maybe there was an escaped prisoner on the loose. The trooper came over to my car. I thought he wanted to deputize me so I could help catch the bad guys. Instead he said, "Excuse, me sir, Is there any reason you don't have your seat belt on today?". "Here is your ticket for $75.bucks, have a nice day." I'm sure that the town of Eagle Bridge will sleep sounder now that they have been protected from criminals like me.
