heating??? If I have a problem heating the room I will have a major problem....I'm in Florida, I don't think I will encounter a cold front strong enough of long enough to facilitate a need for heating....I hope that was a joke.
Things have been running great, 72 degree average, 55% humidity, and no issues yet, I'm very, very happy with this system

12-10-2005, 08:53 PM #1200Well it seems the originally installed Trane system did the job too.. as you were well past the summer by the time you finally got this is in... so guess you have 2 systems that can handle it... You can finally sleep easy now unlike this thread that I am not sure it will ever rest in peace.Originally posted by serverroomcooling
The liebert arrived today....as soon as I get the electric squared away with my building it will be in....now this thing looks like it'll do the job!!!

WOW. I just finished reading this WHOLE thing. I'm pulling a double so I have a lot of time to kill. Learned a hell of a lot. I run a 35 story building with 30 com rooms, a data center, UPS, etc. All Liebert units. I now know more than I will ever need about these systems and how they are designed. We service all our own equipment and thank god Liebert makes good stuff. I'm just amazed at the BS he had to put up with. Gives our industry a bad name. Then again I can't get contractors to do anything for my home. I try to do it all myself now. Good to see this turned out OK.

I'm glad it's all over.....things are great now....the system is worth the money....with all the crap I went through, I could have gotten spot coolers for backup instead of that silly Trane unit....are there any publishers out there?? maybe a movie contract?
this saga went on way too long, but I'm glad it worked out in the end......is anyone here worried about John Daulton??? Where did he go?
and where is diceman???

Don't feel alone I've gone through the equipment cooling saga too. Check out my 30GT problems post on the second page of this forum.

12-13-2005, 04:03 PM #1207Don't quote me on this but I believe John Dalton joined the peace corp and moved his whole family to Afghanistan where besides his family running a faith based 12 step Taliban recovery organization, He himself is developing a system usingOriginally posted by serverroomcooling

well water, old car radiators, hand siphon pumps, and crushed aluminum cans as a metering device to develop a manually heating/cooling system for climate control for caves.
Dice, who knows, but somewhere there are goats... and someone needs to bring them to those who need them...supply and demand...somehow I bet he is on the supply side.
