no, i am born in DC, lived in Maryland and Virginia, west virginia as a kid
moved to san francisco til 17 kentucky and georgia in the army discharged from army moved to denver, went to school in co springs moved back to sf/oakland moved to kcmo and spent the last 15 years in kansas.
when i was in ga i had a HUGE accent/draw always said down yander, rekon, y'all, ate hush puppies and ate dinner for lunch and supper for dinner.
went 4 wheelin and shot a bow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if i went back to the south i would get the draw back in a day!!!!!!!!

You have been around more than I...
Grew up in Houston TX. Tried a summer in SanDeigo, cost tpp much to live there. Moved to Falls Church in 1987, stayed there for 3 years (worked for a large plumming contractor that got into kitchen/bath and remodeling). Then moved to GA and live in Norcross which is NE of Atlanta. Been here 20 years, this is home now.
Atlanta offers most of the things a big city has... yet one can live far out enough to not be caught up in the big city. Nice mix IMO.GA-HVAC-Tech
