Best way to unclog/change out orifice?

    Carrier
    Model: 48TMD012-A-501--

I have 4 partially clogged orifices on the 2nd circuit of this package unit. I've already tried flushing nitrogen at high pressure in reverse flow and they're still clogged. Is there another way to unclog them or do I have to cut them out and put new ones in. If so, what's the most efficient way of doing that? Thanks in advance for your help!

Call me crazy, but one time in band camp I drilled 3/8 holes into the header, then one at the bottom to flush out debris, rodded out the orifices with a torch tip cleaner that I modded to a piece of 40% and then patched the hole with soft copper that I had cut into 1/2 inch squares and brazed over the holes, also removed the factory drier and installed a new one. Call me crazy. Why go thru all that trouble. It was a Friday afternoon(of course), it was hot(of course), the unit was less than a year old(OF COURSE) and this particular banquet hall was going to be packed in a matter of hours(there goes my friday evening). Its been that way for 3 years now!!!!
