Fandango
Got outta the van and saw this, as i walked up i saw that while the owner had the right idea, he had the fan blowing down into the condensor. I then
noticed that..HEY! the cond. fan is running. So i pull the house fan off, only to discover the cond. fan was runnin backwards. Changed the dual Cap. and all was well. Anyway, i've seen box fans on condensors and i've seen fan motors run backwards....just not on the same unit.

I've done that... with half a roll of duct tape to hold it in place and help direct the air.
Temporary measure to get by...

I'm sad to say it does works, but I won't do it. I can tell a customer I have seen it, but don't recommend it.

Well what was funny was that the condensor fan motor was running backwards AND he had his fan pointing to the ground.
