The first field configurable S8610U3009 comes shipped 0sec prepurge/90 sec ignition.
Prepurge can be configured for 0 or 30sec, ignition 15 or 90. This locks out after 10 calls for heat.
The module blows a fusible link if its hooked up to a damper rendering it inoperable in non-damper application, but it can be jumpered out.
The latest revision locks out the ignition and purge setting after 20th call. Damper now locks electronically after 10th call.
I believe the mechanism is similar to a computer DVD-ROM drive allows the user to set media region, five times but locks out after that.
Has anyone come out with a way to reset that?
