try Piedmont Air out of Raleigh NC. They are great to work for. Thet have 5 offices through out NC. Ones in Greensbourgh. Their heavy into controls also. They do only commercial hvac, no residential or refrigeration. Best company in the world.
I am an electronics guy with about 20 years of experience in the repair and manufacturing industry. After the last plant closing I went through, I thought I should shift gears and try HVAC. Went to school in MA and then followed the wife to NC. Been looking but it is not going well. I busted my butt to get a Universal 608, then went on line to go for the 609 cert. after that I went to the same online site and received an R410A cert. and lastly before I left MA I shelled out $300.00 to get my NATE heat pump/AC cert. I thought with all that work and my skills with electrical T/S It would be almost a done deal. NOT SO
Can anyone help? I will work part time, full time, temp. or regular, I'm not looking to get paid top dollar, I just want a job. I'm tired of being Mr. Mom all the time. IT IS TIME FOR ME TO GET A GIG...
If anybody is just looking for some day help to pull wires, install duct, any thing so I don’t lose the new skills I have learned I would be extremely grateful.
Any help is much appreciated….

Yeah, not much hiring going on in Greensboro/Winston. Better off in Raleigh or Charlotte.
