I have 4 Sellers boilers at an apartment complex. There is no info on these boilers. The model #C125W it is a hot water boiler with inshot type burners. This is the first time I have seen this type of burner on this large of a boiler. The question I have is what are the two adjustment stems on the top of the Blower housing? I see the adjusting stem for the combustion blower intake as well as the stem for gas flow. I don't know how the cabinet is constructed internally and can't see what they are actually doing. I suspect they are regulating the air flow through he perforated screen, basically giving you the ability to balance the air flow. How far off am I? On start up the pilot never completely lights up the all the crossovers and never makes it to the flame rod. It looks like there is to much air and the pilot is lifting off of the cross over tubes. The blower is supposed to be at 9"wc. I did not have a manometer that could read that today but am measuring in the morning. Any help would be appreciated.

Sellers boilers are manufactured in Danvlle, Kentucky are a basic design, if you can work on other brand boilers then this one should be no challenge, if u can't then u need to get someone who can!!!!!!
