I'm looking at new appliances in my home and see a new guy in refers, ranges,etc by the name of LG. Anybody have any inpput on their products? Thanks.

Never heard of them.
Ya might do a search on Consumer Reports. If your about to drop a couple thousand dollars, you might wish to invest in becoming one of their members.
I dont not know of a counterpart to them who offer free reporting.
Also, you might wish to some of the sites online which deal more with applicances.

My only experience with the LG brand was when I purchased a new LG 5000 window a/c for her apartment. When I started it up it was out of gas....pulled the cover off it and the fan motor was of real poor quality, like it was two pieces stamped out of steel metal.
