I did a job in the " White House Conference Center " ( a townhouse on the White House Grounds ). The systems we're Trane modular AHU's ( M series ) with district steam / chilled coils. I was there for about 6 hours ...wrote down some mod .- ser. numbers , took some voltage readings and never went back. Not even one warranty call.

    They have Chillers...this I know.

My brother-in-law is a welder for the company that manufactured the chillers. His initials are engraved into the body of the chiller somewhere.
I fully support the military and the War on Terrorism.

If you don't know, then don't do. If you don't know and still do, then be prepared to pay someone else a lot to undo what you did and then do it right.

If you do know, then do. But do it right. Otherwise, you may not be doing it long.

I had the opportunity to tour some old city buildings in Denver.... still running pneumatics.... and the craftsmanship was something to behold. All copper. Everything amazingly parallel... Really a work of art.

I worked for Disney and all of the Magic Kingdom was pneumatics and was the same way, work of art. They used it as a back up for a while when the computer system was installed but most of it has been removed. Hated to see it go.

They got a couple of Goodman units in the back rooms which were installed by Bubba and his crew of lste-night hacks.

I've done a lot of pneumatic demo around here... I removed 130 pounds of 1/4" and some 3/8" air lines in a school, felt like I was violating the building doing that.

The federal building in Rapid is almost all pneumatic still (as are many buildings), seeing the pride they took back then is always inspiring. Especially after you look at a pneumatic panel, then walk over to an electronic panel with wires everywhere, not labeled and no zip ties.
