    I love it.

    His actions are only legal because lawmakers have chose not to criminalize them.

    Some other things that are legal only because lawmakers have chosen not to criminalize them. driving, eating, brushing your teeth, riding a bike, reading, wearing clothing in public....etc

    Management at the Times felt this was worth publishing?

    It's the liberal way of suggesting a crime existed even though he was exonerated.
    All of them are lying crooks and it wasn't public service that made them the way they are....it just made them better at it.
