I have "friends" who have simply requested it for no apparent reason other than to have several on their list. I don't mind because I enjoy having friends that fall under a lot of different definitions for different reasons...
So with that being said, I welcome all friends with open arms...
And a very wise person once told me keep your friends close and your enemies closer
