What do you want to see out of your sales reps?
What do you expect of them?
How many times a week should they be at your place? etc>>>>all that stuff......
I spent several years at a power transnmission, electrical,bearing and pump supplier but mainly called on industrial and facilities maintenance men and purchasing agents. Im switching gears and selling HVAC/R parts & supplies now tring to get a feel for what the current sales people are not doing......
