Did you see Andy Rooney's rant on voting....

He spoke about corporations trying to get voters registered but really only trying to look like good guys for caring. His take was that if you weren't paying attention to the issues then keep your dumb ass at home and don't cancel out his vote! He said he didn't want anyone dumber than him voting. It was one to remember.

If Andy Rooney doesn't want anyone dumber than him voting, that pretty much means anybody can vote. His IQ must be equal to...oh, I don't know...a sand pebble.
