    Confused The shower of death

    All right normally i dont run into something this mind blowing but when i do i have to post it, Yes yes feast your eyes on a General contractors soultion to a problem , no your eyes do not decive you its a shower of death. Sad part is the code official passed this. me I laughed so hard i cried

    looks like the inspector was worried that the exhaust fumes from one unit would blow into the intake of another. funny thing is most manufactures will sell you a kit to raise the exhaust.

    York actually has a snorkel setup somewhat like that they sell for gas packs- put two on at a new construction in the spring. Seems silly to use single wall pipe, you know its going to rust out.
