Salary expectations?

Greetings, I enjoyed my second interview with a large retirement community today. Its an 80 acre campus comprised of duplex homes, multi-unit "condo" style buildings, and assisted living residences. The maintenance department has a director, assistant director, maintenance supervisor (my potential position), and 12 techs with a 4 tier ranking system.

Im having a tough time guessing what the salary will be if they offer me the job . If any one has a similar position or a guess at what I should expect please share your experience.

techs probably doing low 20hr and the upper guys mid to hi 30s an hour ..try ranging yourself 30 hr give or take a dollar..if you go in hi they will let you know right off with...we don't even make that.important is the hiring for that sup position or future with an increase?
