    Question Metasys Support Availability

    We have Metasys installed to control the HVAC systems in our conference center. JCI has been providing all maintenance and trouble shooting, but we have some frustration there. I have starting seeking alternate contractors, but on web it appears that all options point back to JCI. I understand this is proprietary software, but is it possible to find contractors (particularly in western Maryland) to do the servicing on our systems? I feel like we are trapped with no alternate solutions.
