    Matt, just attaching gauges can be VERY dangerous. You only need 15 posts to apply for pro membership. You are almost there. If your gauges are actually showing what you say they are, then something has caused the pressures to be extremely higher then what the system was designed for. Any number of things at this point could occur that may well leave you permanently disabled or worse. In my opinion you should get someone with experience to look at it. Even if you watch, it would be allot safer.

    I really hate to even ask this but do you know how many amps the compressor is drawing? How about a model number? Temps?

    lol dont worry, electrical is more my field, i have it all written down but its all in my truck

    Again, considering this is an open forum...

    A few thoughts.. OK maybe a hint..

    Refrigerant
    Temperature
    Pressure

    If you know two of them, you know what the third SHOULD be.. (Usually).

    If the third is not right then one of the others is not right.
