We recently ran a call for a 3rd-party maintenance company called usmservices on behalf of a national retailer. I have gotten burned on these 'maintenance' companies so many times, it makes me question why we even agreed to run the call in the first place.
Nevertheless, the call has been run and the invoice billed out. Not to mention every company is different and have different levels of integrity.
Has anyone had dealings with USM Services? More importantly...do they pay!?
