I was told by a local company in fresno that they could put a RHEEM to replace my carrier and since I had a 10 seer it might be a good idea to go with a 12 seer that way the compressor would be a 10 warranty. I was ok with that since our last unit blew up a 8 years. When I got home I discovered that it is a weatherking and reading the warranty it only says 5 years. The contract says a rheem model 12aja4201. It seems that I was mislead. I want to call in the morning and say take it and put in a real Rheem with a 10 year warranty..
The company is part of the BBB do I have a chance...

Since your situation is residential, we answered your question there, not on the commercial forum.
