Sounds like they are one of the top 2 choices.
Just to be safe, if you'd like to send them to me for a "trial run" for a few months I'd be happy to make sure you'll be pleased with them lol"If you call that hard work, a koalas life would look heroic."

If getting paid by the hour then i say let them take there time. But you can always do it the old school way and wait for temp to register. But for really takes under a minute I hear. Im still in HVAC til September and teacher high recommened testo. I still would like to get a feildpiece thou.

The big advantage for me is you can monitor subcooling and superheat at the same time. Also they have a leak test mode where it will tell you pressure difference over a given time period that counts for you. Also with the temperature probes you can do temperature drop across driers and also pressure drop. The probes take 5-15 seconds depending on what the difference between your van temperature and the line temperature is. If it's 100 in your van and you're measuring suction line temperature then it will take 15 seconds for things to get leveled out. As for durability I think they are fairly tough, I have already dropped mine twice and everything is all good so far.
