    Confused Zoning and Carrier Infinity

    We have a Carrier Infinity 2 zone system. My question is when only one zone is calling, should the cfms decrease? If it runs around 1300 cfm when in high stage and 2 zones open, should the system slow it down to about half that if one zone closes? Or is it normal for it to run at the full 1300 with only one zone open?

    Infinity has no bypass damper, thus variable speed blower shall be used. It doesn't matter whether partial or all zones are open, the CFM is automatically adjusted. The minimum zone CFM shall be designed to cater for minimum CFM.
