Shut off unit, shut off water, pull end bells, brush clean, get unit going.
Go home, dry off boots overnight, throw away multicolor socks, and throw uniform in wash.
could you tell me how to clean a tube in shell type condensor?

Standard Refrigeration has a service manual PDF that you can download which has a cleaning procedure for shell and tube condensers. http://www.stanref.com/pdfs/Service.pdf
Generally, brushing the tubes will do the job most of the time. Water quality should also be checked.
Just a suggestion. I would leave water treatment to a water treatment company. Customer might be a wee upset if you corrode there tubes especially on a big chiller. Or learn it well 1st from someone who knows how to treat water.

A Diamond is just a piece of coal, that made good under pressure!
Yep.I've cleaned up a few systems that inexperianced techs have gutted. So sad. So sad.
