    Does anyone know the hourly rate for an engineer.
    Does the School in West Caldwell give the Black seal course

    Hourly rate is dictated by the company that you work for and the contract.

    You have to go through their school in West Caldwell it will take 4 to 5 years to complete.

    They have the State come in periodicly to give tests.

    They probably won't be interested in you unless you have at least a black seal.
