Lennox LGA 180 for sale-great price-Denver

I have for sale a Lennox LGA 180 S unit here in
Denver. I am not an HVAC dealer, my company acquired the unit from a developer that never used it. This is has never
been in service, is approx. 1 year old. I am storing it at
a Bekins warehouse here in Denver. It is a model
LGA 180-S. I am looking to move it to an HVAC dealer and
soon. I have priced it at $ 8K, OR BEST OFFER.
We will have pics available next week if needed.
This unit was made to go on a free standing resturant
bulding ( like a Chili's, for example )

I will answer any questions that I can regarding the unit,
however limited my knowledge maybe-I will try to be helpful to anyone that is interested in it.

To be clear, I am looking for offers to buy it now.
