DX-9100 Question
I replaced 2 Velocity Pressure Sensors and had problems with the readouts being accurate. I then converted each sensor's AI from 4-20Ma to 0-10Volt by removing the AI jumpers on the back of the DX-9100, and re-configuring each AI's configuration in GX9100.
BTW, I used the DX Commissioning App to verify live values after creating a DMO file in GX9100.
Anybody think of anything I might have missed?Jogas

1. You removed the jumper from the current block and installed it on the 0-10 voltage block?
2. Did you bump up the filter constant time (seconds)?

Yes.
Both sensors now work, but the readout in DX Commissioning and the DX9100 are still reading high.
If Return Vp actually equals 0.663, the readouts and display says 1.4.
If Supply Vp actually equals 0.845, the readout and display says 1.8.
I have both sensors set up as 0-5 IWC = 0-10VDC
I have both AI's set up as: Low Value/Limit = 0
Hi Value/Limit = 5
Any ideas?Jogas

If it is double the value for the entire scale you need, then change your range to 10 inches from 5 inches. Reading the feedback with a voltmeter, are you showing 2 volts dc for 1 inch of static? If not, maybe your sensors were mislabeled or calibrated wrong.
Last question - are you doing two wire or four wire? Two wire voltage wiring requires a jumper at the dx to power the circuit.

That's the weird thing. The Voltage agrees with a 0-5 IWC scale.
Sensors are 4-wire using 24VAC.
And I did change the jumpers in back of the DX9100 and relocated the sensor wires to the AI and Common terminals (the sensors were originally 4-20 Ma and were wired to the 15VDC Terminal).Jogas

Then I would say your point configuration is not actually setting the value in the controller - even though it says it is when you look at it on the GX, display or front end. I would wipe the program out (download a blank program) and reload it with your program.
Or try doubling the range to 10 inches and see what happens.
