    ECT VAV controllers???????

    I had a service call for a new customer and found ECT controls.( Energy control technonlgy?) Had several dual duct boxes with the hot and cold ducts wide open. The fancey leds were all blinking but I dont think the controllers were. There is no front end and the customer has no Idea how they work. Anyone know about these conrollers? I googled them but found nothing.
