I worked on a middleby marshall conveyor oven today. This relic has got to be the oldest commercial oven I have ever seen. It's a model H size 728.The burners in this thing were 10' long & so were the conveyor cooktops.middleby was closed when I got off tonight can anyone date this old beast?

Nothing now but it was in desperate need of cleaning & the pilot tube rusted through-had a new one machined same day we have a pretty good relationship with a local machine shop.they make us parts for this old obsolete stuff alot.I was curious if anyone knew how old it was.I am guessing late twenties? The worm drive & clutch are exposed & never had any safety cage neat old stuff!
