    Looking for HVAC (Residential) Technician. We are a Small Family Owned Company needing to expand slowly, oppurtunity is here just need a GOOD TECHNICIAN. Job is Full-Time position and on call every other weekend. Must be certified. Someone that is GREAT with Customers, Dependable, Responsible, Gets the job done RIGHT. Pay will be based on your work performance though we do offer BONUSES when a unit is sold (generally 1-2 weekly during summer). At this time we do not offer any Health Benefits(SOON).     What line do you rep and how long have you been with that line of A/C equipment?

    What is your service coverage area?

    What are your standards for evacuation? How many microns do you have the men pull the system down to prior to charging?

    Do you hold weekly safety meetings for all of the servicemen?

    yes i hold a safety meetingsfor everyone that is hazardprone, and give out phamplets or better yet msds to read for two hours a day, during your lunch time!
