    Confused Carrier 23XL2020 motor temp.

    What could cause this chiller motor to overheat gradually and eventually trip out? Chiller is serviced every year, all filters replaced, tubes cleaned. The siteglass for the motor cooling circuit is never clear. Chiller run hours are 65,000. Oil anaysis comes back OK except we have seen a gradual increase in iron levels (162ppm -3 yrs. since last oil change) 4ppm-lead and 6ppm tin. This problem has just slowly gotten worse over the last few years.
