    > BSME or BSEE degree
    > 10+ years experience in product design & development in HVAC
    > Hands-on experience in product development projects
    > Good working knowledge of refrigeration & airlfow systems, sheet metal & plastics parts design, & electro-mechanical controls
    > Familiarity & working knowledge of CAD systems
