    I have a two story 4-plex and going to put 4 new 1 1/2
ton fan coils in each unit. I have 800 cfm and each apt. is 675 sq. ft. How many KW for each heat strip do I need?
Average insulation and 6 ft. ceilings. Does someone have a
formula? I am thinking 8 KW.

    Thanks

6 foot ceilings? You're kidding, right?
No reserve. No retreat. No regrets.

Go to the beginning of this website and download
the load calculation program and pay the fee for the use of the program and correctly figure out what you need.

Coolmist is right, a heat calc is the only way to get it right. I have been using hvac-calc for a long time, it is the only way to professionally size a system.

You wouldn’t by any chance be keeping the Olympic GOAT wrestling team there would you?
