Due to my forward thinking, when I do a planned service on cooling, I still take a looksie up just because....so on June 23rd, I got to change out and heat exchanger, yippie
I can't believe how dependably these things fail. I see a busy winter on the horizon.

how did you find the cracks....I just shut an old Lennox ( 20 yrs ) down 3 days ago... used a borescope to see the cracks. I have read all the postings on the Duracurve crack problems and decided I should have a good look at this one....and there she be. I'm interested, please let me know.
If every a...... could do this,I wouldn't have a job...
