Where are you?

I think it would be a good idea for everyone to add in their profile what city/state they do business in and what kind of work they specialize. I know of several areas in Georgia where my larger clients need help. I do not like to recommend anyone that I don’t know or trust the quality of their work.

I have friends in this business that swap work with me because I am located near their customer and they mine. If this site is here for us to gain knowledge and to help each other then I know the people here are interested in bettering their trade.

Does anybody else think this way?

I like to at least know if someone is in the trade or not.With some of the answers & comments we see, I can see why they do not say what area they live in. Some are B.S. Artist's or at least think they are.
I do not put as much stock in an answer from some person saying they are an engineer,owner,tech.,etc. and give no clue as to experience,training and part of the country and world.
