I wasnt asking about pricing or what to charge, I was asking if there was a list for the time it would take to do a particular task in our field. For example, what is the time it takes to change a blower motor etc.

There are books out there that will give guidelines, however, it was experience that taught me. It will take more time in commercial than residential usually. What kind of fan motor, Shaft condition, bearings, single phase or three phase, why did it fail.
