Is that the vent on the oil tank (black pipe with the ell on it?

No it is not the oil tank vent for sure. There is a sump pump in the boiler room which is below grade. It pumps to somewhere that we don't know. My guess is that the pump is pumping to a drywell somewhere outside. The pipe you see is a vent to the drywell-maybe??? It could be that we put the condensing units over the dry wellOriginally posted by selfemployed
