old york heat pumpswith logic module
need some assistance from someone with alot more time in the field than I.
Having issues with old yok heat pump logic module, I also do not have the analyzer that was used to troubleshoot this unit. Cannot get the contactor to energize for "y" jumped out all within the circuit;signal from stat present. Is there something within board locking me out. HELP

I'm very familiar with the old York logic modules. The question I have for you is have you applied for professional membership yet? If you are in the trade, please do so. Then I can help you. As it stands, there is no do it yourself here, and it would be easier to help you if you had pro status here.

thank you for your response. I just applied for pro membership. If it helps I am a service tech for Emcor Services NY/NJ and a member of local 638 here in New York. I will wait to see what happens with my membership. I am looking forward to pick your brain on this particular unit. thanks
